Gia Badenhorst is an integrative psychotherapist, working from combined theoretical perspectives, which include Psychodynamic, Existential and Person-centred approaches.

Therapy is open-ended, and therefore a collaborative experience between client and therapist, ensuring that both parties have an equal amount of creative input and expression within the therapeutic relationship. Gia works within a framework, that allows a client to express themselves freely, engage and grow by processing experiences and difficulties that they find challenging in life. The more we know and understand about ourselves, the more chance we have of leading a fulfilling life.
