Kathleen is a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist and a registered member of both the UKCP & BACP. She initially trained in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University and continued a further 4 years of study in Integrative and Humanistic psychotherapy at the renowned CCPE in London.

She undertook additional training in Trauma, Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Narcissism, Couples Work, Hoarding, ADHD, Sexual Abuse, Borderline Personality Disorder and Suicide over recent years, offering Trauma informed therapy as a specialism.
Across the last 10 years Kathleen has practiced at The Grove, The Priory and in 2016 she co-founded her own clinical practice called Psyched Global in London.

Psyched offers both individual and group therapy work as well as leading corporate executive retreats in the South of France and New York.

Kathleen has written, researched and spoken on psychotherapy across the last 10 years and is currently writing a books on Covert Narcissism and Narcissistic Parents, both of which will be published in 2025.

She is available to speak, comment, contribute, and write or present short form, feature style content or simply offer commentary on all the broad topics within psychotherapy, and given her corporate background within Talent and Media, she is also experienced around mental health on Boards and in the workplace at large.
