Vali Lalioti

is a Professor in Leadership & Innovation and founding Partner of CoachFirst International. She has worked in Europe, the USA, Africa and Asia, holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy, and often works in bridging innovation and business and in situations of considerable change.

Vali is an educator, innovator and leader with a solid academic and business background and an insightful coach. She works with global executives, business schools and corporations and has unique experience in bridging strategy, marketing and innovation with a powerful coaching approach to accelerate growth.

As Professor she designs and delivers executive education and development programmes that help leaders and teams unlock difficult challenges often involving global teams and business innovation, on a range of industries from telecommunication and online media companies, to oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and international port logistics. As Innovation Consultant she is creating the first medical library of interactive 3d books on the iPAD platform for a global pharmaceutical. As business leader in the BBC she mobilized production teams, senior leaders and external partners, achieving buy-in and successful deployment of a new, more efficient production process in a 3000 staff unit, that was key in preparing the BBC for the digital era. As professor in South Africa, she envisioned and set-up within 3 years a high-tech centre, negotiating complex win-win international partnerships with manufacturers and securing €1M in funding.

Vali is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach and a Fellow of the RSA, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce.
